Small Countries Appoints New Programme Director

The SCFMC has announced the appointment of Paul Fisher as the new Programme Director for 2019 taking over from Alison McQuater.

Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the field of communications, education and capacity building, helping private and public-sector organisations achieve their full potential. Paul is also Programme Director of The Oxford Programme on Negotiation at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. He has also been a tutor on the programme and teaches a class on negotiation and stakeholder management
